Medway Green Party to contest the Peninsula ward by-election
We are delighted to announce that Julian Sutton will be our Green Party candidate, Julian attended the Hundred of Hoo primary school and loves to cycle on the Hoo Peninsula. Julian and his dedicated Green Team will be out delivering newsletters and speaking to residents about their views and concerns. Why is a by-election taking place?
One of the councillors for the Peninsula ward, Cllr Mick Pendergast sadly passed away last month and as such a by-election has been called. The by-election will take place on Thursday 8th December across the Hoo Peninsula under its current boundaries (in May new boundaries come in to effect, effectively dividing up the Hoo Peninsula in to new wards).
